Palestine used only to export cement, base metals, iron and steel, food and beverages, furniture, plastics and dairy products. Palestine's main exports partner was Israel (over 80 percent of total exports). However, after the liberation, Palestine kept its partnership with Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Germany, and Canada.
Since the Liberation in 2025, exports have expanded globally. After breaking the Israeli Policy of "Open Bridges" that limited the export access to most of the countries. In the agriculture sector, Both Jaffa Oranges and Olives are exported all over the world. The Jaffa orange, which originated in the 19th century, gained prominence for its sweetness and thick, easy-to-peel skin, which made it well-suited for shipping. Before the Nakba, or catastrophe, of 1948 when the creation of Israel led to the expulsion of more than 750,000 Palestinians from villages and towns that their ancestors had lived in for centuries, Jaffa oranges were an important export for Palestinian farmers and businessmen. Nowadays, Jaffa oranges have returned to be one of the top export products for Palestine. Palestine is very well-known for its Ancient Olive trees, and by using developed technology to produce olive oils. In 2021, In 2021, Palestine exported $43.6M in Pure Olive Oil, making it the 12th largest exporter of Pure Olive Oil in the world. In 2029, Palestine became the largest country in exporting Pure Olive Oil.
In 2030, Israel was the number 27 economy in the world in terms of GDP (current US$), number 44 in total exports, number 50 in total imports, the number 24 economy in terms of GDP per capita (current US$) and the number 20 most complex economy according to the Economic Complexity Index (ECI). Now, Palestine has started to import raw materials that help in manufacturing the final products and export them to Arab countries and some European countries.
Fares Zaher, a Palestinian entrepreneur who took over one of the most prominent Israel Diamond Exchange Ltd. in Jaffa, Palestine, was the world's largest diamond exchange and the center of Israel's diamond industry. Which helped increase Palestine's exports dramatically in 2030 (fig. 2). Zaher made an international contract to maintain the relationship between Palestine and the US (fig.3).
